2025 Innovator Road Tour Events
The Innovator Road Tour is a series of pitch events held in the US, internationally, and virtually. MedTech Innovator, MedTech Innovator Asia Pacific and BioTools Innovator hold events featuring outstanding medical device, diagnostic, digital health, life science research tools, and molecular based diagnostics companies selected from this year’s pool of over 2,000 applications. Invited startups have the opportunity to meet and receive feedback from investors, strategics and other members of the ecosystem. MedTech Innovator program partners include Asahi Intecc, B Braun, BD, BroadOak Capital Partners, Cambridge Consultants, Dexcom, Edwards Lifesciences, Enterprise Singapore, Johnson & Johnson, NIPRO, Nissan Chemical America Corporation, Olympus, Research Corporation Technologies, Siemens Healthineers, Teleflex, W.L. The International Pitch Competition is held in collaboration with the MedTech Strategist Innovation Summit and regional partners Guinness Storehouse, Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RSCI) and Trinity College. The MedTech Strategist Innovation Summit is Europe’s largest medtech partnering and investment conference. The invite-only Innovator 2025 Summit will be held in Mountain View, California. The annual Summit is a lively and engaging event that exclusively allows the leadership teams from our latest cohort of startups to get to know each other and exchange ideas with MedTech Innovator’s partners, alumni, and other industry leaders. MedTech Innovator, BioTools Innovator and MedTech Innovator Asia Pacific cohorts, as well as the Singapore-US Market Access Program cohort, all come together in-person for this event.

The MedTech Innovator Mid-Stage Finals will take place at The MedTech Strategist Innovation Summit. The finals mark the exciting conclusion of the 2025 accelerator program. Based on audience vote, the Mid-Stage Grand Prize winner takes home a $200K prize, while the Value Award winner receives $25K.

The BioTools Innovator Capstone brings together life science tools industry leaders, investors, and decision-makers in an inspiring and collaborative environment. Experts will discuss the latest trends and breakthroughs in innovation, offer insights into the current fundraising landscape, and uncover the key factors driving decision-making in the pharma and biotech industries. The 2025 cohort of best-in-class startups will showcase their unique solutions. The event will culminate with a live pitch showdown where the audience will vote for the winner of the $250,000 grand prize. This event is free to attend in-person (seats are limited on a first come first served basis).
The event will showcase the BTI ’24 cohort of best-in-class life science tools companies and a pitch competition featuring the BioTools Innovator 2024 Finalists. In addition to startup presentations, the event includes panel discussions with industry experts, and a Final Competition where one winner will take home the $250K Grand Prize, selected by a live audience vote.
Attendees will have the opportunity to network with BioTools Innovator partners, including investors, and senior executives from Life Science tools companies and others.This event is free to attend in-person by invitation only (seats are limited on a first come first served basis).
The BioTools Innovator Capstone Event will be held at the Bioprocess International Conference in Boston. supported by Thermo Fisher Scientific.
