Beta User Survey Results Report The May 31, 2018 Inaugural Patientory Summit featured a VIP Event sponsored by Patientory, Inc. during which the Beta test began for version one of the Patientory DApp. Event highlights here: https://youtu.be/Ipt12OzMpLA
To learn more about users’ experiences with the DApp, a survey was created and posted. The survey questions were deliberately designed to evoke any negative responses possible in order to make version one successful. We discovered that the VIP Beta Users are a resilient bunch whose involvement in the DApp at this vital stage in its development generated data valuable to all. This Beta user validation increases quality as Beta users will flex technology differently than lab testers, which real-world data results help both present and future products. Beta Use Project Parameters 80 participants opted-into the VIP Beta User Program that began May 31, 2018 and ended Aug. 26, 2018. Demographics Affluent, health conscious, iPhone owners, a majority owning one or more cryptocurrencies, and primarily based in the US, with a majority in the urban settings of NYC, Atlanta, San Francisco, Los Angeles, with significant participation also from Beta Users in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, and travel that encompassed Orlando, U.S. islands and territories, as well as India and Asia. Beta Goals Goals of the Beta User Survey were to verify the efficacy of the distributed App, to seek insight into the interface acceptance and general quality, to examine product functionality in real-world user environments, test support infrastructure, collect customer suggestions and testimonials, test the profile establishment protocols, and the goal-setting, activity tracking, and wallet functionalities, alongside the data storage protocols for securing personal health information (PHI) within the PTOYNET™ private-permissioned blockchain, while identifying opportunities for future development in terms of desirable features and functionality. Milestones VIP Beta Users were full of excitement from the Patientory Summit as they downloaded the DApp atop the Tech Village roof with choice views of the city’s skyline on May 31, 2018 at the kickoff party. Throughout the next three months, VIP Beta Users put the App through its paces as they set goals, tracked fitness activities, traveled international and utilized the wallet feature with Dash and PTOY cryptocurrencies. Early Response Highlights were shared with the Patientory community at Q2’s AMA. The final week of August, responses were tallied into this, the Beta User Survey Results Report.
