Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring our programs are well-funded and compliant with all regulations. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize our funding opportunities and manage contracts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Grant cycle administration: Managing all aspects of the grant cycle, including applications, documentation, compliance, and database management
- Budgeting: Preparing and managing budgets for fundraising and grant management
- Researching funding sources: Identifying potential funding sources
- Grant timelines: Managing grant timelines and deliverables
- Compliance: Working with program and executive directors to ensure compliance with funders’ terms and conditions
- Reporting: Preparing, reviewing, and distributing grant progress and financial reports
- Communication: Providing accurate grant data to internal and external stakeholders, including the Board and Executives
- Workflow: Working with program staff to structure and implement grantmaking requirements and ensure effective workflow
- Build and maintain relationships with all funding partners
Education/Experience
- Looking for someone who has minimally 3 years experience with Grants Management and experience with Government Grants specifically.

The annual salary range for this role is $80,000-$105,000. The actual salary amount will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data.
