Surgisense is developing a new category of surgical instruments that employ embedded sensors to assess the physiologic state of subject tissue at key operative decision points. Our instruments provide surgeons with intra-operative data that is not currently accessible, yet crucial in guiding patient-specific surgical workflow.We are raising a $6 million series A to complete commercial development, prepare, and synthesize GMP materials to support US and EU regulatory approval, conduct a first-in-man clinical trial, and assist in product launch.
