Our annual cohort is selected through a highly competitive process:
Once selected, companies join a five-month virtual accelerator (June–November) packed with expert mentorship, investor exposure, and hands-on commercialization support. Finalists compete live at major industry events for non-dilutive funding, awards, and unparalleled visibility.

Our Programs
We support innovators globally through three distinct programs:
- Flagship program for early- to mid-stage medtech, diagnostics, digital health, and life science tools companies targeting the US market
- Cohort members receive tailored mentorship, participate in industry-leading events, and compete in the MTI Finals for up to $350,000 in non-dilutive funding
- Supports companies headquartered or operating in the Asia Pacific region
- Focused on accelerating regional partnerships and market expansion
- Finale takes place in Signapore with a grand prize of up to $300,000 USD
- Dedicated accelerator program for life science tools and diagnostics companies
- Programming supports commercialization strategy, partnerships, and scaling
- Culminates in the BTI Capstone event featuring the cohort companies where the grand prize winner walks away with $250,000
