MedTech Innovator is the largest accelerator of medical devices in the world. We are currently looking for our first In House Marketing hire to help us build out our Marketing department and team, if this is your wheelhouse we would love to hear from you! The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter with the passion and desire to grow within an exciting entrepreneurial environment and an interest in healthcare.  

The Marketing Director must be knowledgeable of multiple specialized disciplines in marketing, such as content-led community driven marketing, brand development, analytics, events, experience marketing, and marketing operations (etc.). Looking for professionals with demonstrable experience in elevating brands through strategies that are designed to enhance user experience and create communities.

Potential Responsibilities
  • Manage all events strategy, calendar, and execution
  • Develop content calendar and assist with content creation, website management, and other content driven projects
  • Develop both short-term and long-term B2B marketing strategies that will facilitate growth for all internal brands
  • Develop a clear brand strategy and identity that supports the company vision and keeps the organization relevant to both current and prospective clients
  • Own strategy, execution, and measurement of marketing activities to generate and nurture pipeline across multiple channels including digital media, live events, and content community driven efforts
  • Develop strong client insights and personas to inform messaging and marketing strategy
  • Design and implement email nurture programs
  • Partner with other internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent end-to-end client experience
  • Drive improvements to website and overall digital presence of the business
  • Support the team by developing industry leading collateral and marketing programs to be executed at an international, national and local level
  • Develop robust content strategy and communication plan for various audience groups for the various brands
  • Provide the company with insight and direction about what our clients want from us both now and in the future through comprehensive competitive research and analysis
  • Build and leverage data and analytics to drive insight and change strategy where required in order to drive the best results
  • Manage and provide direction to all vendors that collaborate with the marketing team and source new vendors as appropriate to accomplish specific goals
  • Implement and manage both the Marketing department budget
  • Oversee and direct efforts of the marketing department and serve as the main point of contact for all corporate team members

Qualifications
Required
  • 8+ years of related experience leading an organization’s marketing function
  • Strong background in building a content driven marketing organization
  • In person and digital marketing planning and execution experience 
  • Experience developing market research and consumer analytic strategies
  • Experience building marketing infrastructure, hiring and developing strong marketing teams, establishing marketing protocols and standards
  • Experience building comprehensive B2B marketing programs 
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science; MBA or equivalent advanced degree in marketing strongly preferred

*The annual salary range for this role is $125,000 – $150,000. The actual salary amount will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data.
