REDWOOD CITY, Calif., April 9, 2026 — Osteoboost Health, Inc., today announced it has closed an $8 million financing round to scale manufacturing, expand clinical research, and broaden the commercial reach of the company’s FDA-cleared medical device for low bone density. The round was led by Ambit Health Ventures, with new investors Emmeline Ventures, Disrupt Health Impact Fund, and others joining the round.
Nearly 10 million Americans have osteoporosis, and another 44 million live with low bone density. However, there are few options for women to proactively get ahead of age-related bone loss, especially in menopause when bone density declines rapidly. Osteoboost, a class II prescription medical device, is the first and only FDA-cleared, non-drug treatment clinically proven to treat low bone density in postmenopausal women with osteopenia, the precursor to osteoporosis.
