The National Cancer Institute has awarded LEADOPTIK a $1.85M SBIR Phase II grant. The funding supports OPTIC, the company’s multicenter clinical study of the LIA™ platform, which brings real-time imaging to the tip of the biopsy needle during peripheral lung procedures. The goal is fewer non-diagnostic biopsies and faster answers for patients who can’t afford to wait.
