Draper Associates has announced that it is backing LightHearted AI, which measures health insights using light and decodes them with AI. The firm said it is excited about the prospect of helping LightHearted AI scale into a fifth vital sign, close the gender diagnostic gap in cardiology, and address an initial wedge in heart valve disease. LightHearted AI is on a mission to prevent 10 million heart-related deaths by 2030 and reinvent cardiac diagnostics.
