Landmark ALL-RISE Trial results were presented as a late-breaking clinical trial (LBCT) at ACC 2026 and simultaneously published in the New England Journal of Medicine. The trial showed that CathWorks FFRangio demonstrated similar clinical outcomes to pressure wire-guided treatment.
CathWorks FFRangio is the only FDA-approved angiography-derived physiology (ADP) technology proven non-inferior to FFR/NHPR in MACE (all-cause death, myocardial infarction or unplanned clinically-driven revascularization) outcomes at one year. It had a similar safety profile to pressure wire-guided treatment, while reducing radiation exposure, contrast medium use, analysis time and overall procedure time.
The ALL-RISE Trial randomized patients with coronary stenoses of intermediate significance to physiological assessment with CathWorks FFRangio (965 patients) or an invasive pressure wire-based approach (965 patients), across 59 sites in North America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
