Droplet IV is making a transition in its leadership team. Droplet IV’s Chair, Henriette Kirkegaard, is assuming the role of CEO. As an experienced MedTech entrepreneur and former startup CEO, Henriette brings proven expertise in scaling complex technologies, building high-performing teams, and leading companies through regulated growth and strategic development.
Matthias Heschel joins as CTO with more than 25 years of experience in the MedTech industry, including 14 years as VP of R&D at Convatec. Over the past year, he has served as a trusted advisor to Droplet IV. Current CTO Niklas Rädel will remain part of the leadership team as Head of Product Innovation.
