Cedars-Sinai backs AI startup featuring Dasi Simulations
Cedars-Sinai Ventures is investing in an AI startup focused on structural heart care, Columbus (Ohio) Business First reported. The venture capital arm of the Los Angeles-based health system participated in a $5 million funding round in June for Dasi Simulations, which uses AI for predictive modeling, according to the July 3 story. The company, a spinoff of Columbus-based Ohio State University, has signed software subscription deals with 35 health systems, the publication reported.
