Cooley advised Aureka Biotechnologies, an artificial intelligence-driven biotech startup that combines high-throughput biology with generative AI to accelerate the discovery and development of antibody therapeutics, on its Series A financing. The round was co-led by 5Y Capital and Qiming Venture Partners, with additional participation from NRL Capital and Agentic Ventures.
