Sunflower Therapeutics shared its latest application note highlighting the successful continuous perfusion fermentation of a bacterial host using the Daisy Petal® Perfusion Bioreactor System. In collaboration with Opera Bioscience, the team cultivated Opera Bioscience’s proprietary gram-negative bacterial strain engineered to express and secrete a reagent protein.
