The East Coast Pitch is a two-day event; each day consists of a separate morning session (8am-12pm) and an afternoon session (1pm-5pm). Your company will be scheduled to pitch during one of the four available sessions. You are only permitted to attend the session you are assigned, but all pitch companies are welcome to attend the networking reception taking place on March 29 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. We highly recommend you plan to be there for both days as there will be valuable networking, receptions, and programming for you to attend!

Each session will feature 20 startups and will open with all 20 companies giving a 1 minute Introduction. Following all of the introductions, you will move from table to table where you will pitch up to five (5) different judging groups. These pitch rounds will each be 20 minute blocks of time: a five minute pitch and 15 minutes for Q&A and discussion. After this time you will rotate to another group of judges and repeat. Please note that you will present your own pitch deck at a round table from your computer. You will not be presenting your pitch deck on a stage.

We will try our best to accommodate your preference of session, but our main priority is making sure the judges that want to see you pitch are present during your session. If your schedule necessitates your pitching in either our morning or afternoon session, or on a particular day, please indicate that in the form you received in your email. The dress code is business casual.
